THE PHILOSOPHY? > Alongside your introduction to triathlon training & technical skills, enjoy the very best that Florida has to offer in a beautiful, fun beach environment!
WHEN & WHERE? > The next camp is from Feb 2nd to Feb 9th 2013 in the spectacular St Pete Beach area of Florida.
WHO IS IT FOR? > We designed this camp for complete beginners to improver beginners, training for the sprint or Olympic distance & looking for some sun, rest & relaxation, as well as a tri camp.
THE SCHEDULE? > It is the perfect introduction to triathlon technical skills & training, including open water swim skills, swim technique, transition skills, brick workouts, long aerobic workouts & interval workouts. Seminars covering training and racing tips will be done on the beach & in addition you will have a one-on-one talk with Pro triathlete & coach Rich Allen on how to reach your race day goals. Each day there will still be plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful beach & visit one of Florida's famous malls, theme parks or museums. Evenings will involve chilling out in the beach bar & catching up with your new friends about the days exploits.
THE COACHING TEAM? > Pro triathlete/ head coach, Rich Allen headlines a diverse team consisting of coach Ryan Bowd, swim coach Tonya Allen & international physio Vicky Annis.
