ABOUT THE RNR GREECE TRI CAMP >
INTRO > We have created a FUN holiday & the perfect balance between triathlon training, coaching., Neilson activities & socializing. You can choose to train hard or simply relax, enjoying a combination of downtime, Neilson activities & triathlon training.
WHEN & WHERE? > The next camp is from May 6th to May 13th 2012, held at the idyllic Neilson Sivota Beach Resort in beautiful Greece.
WHO IS IT FOR? > We designed this camp for complete beginners to intermediate age group triathletes, training for the sprint, Olympic or 70.3 distance & looking for a fun activity break, as well as a tri camp.
THE SCHEDULE? > It includes all the essential parts of pre season triathlon training such as open water swim skills, swim technique, transition skills, brick workouts, long aerobic workouts, interval workouts, core stability workouts & a sprint triathlon to finish off the week. In addition you will have a one-on-one talk with Pro triathlete & coach Rich Allen, on training & racing to meet your goals. There will still be time to enjoy the Sivota sights & have a go at the long list of Neilson Activities such as sailing & water skiing!
THE COACHING TEAM? > Pro triathlete/ head coach, Rich Allen headlines a diverse team consisting of coach Ryan Bowd, swim coach Tonya Allen & international physio Vicky Annis.
THE CAMP PACKAGE PRICE? > £335 per person > including all coaching, physio, swim technique analysis, a one-on-one with Rich, camp clothing, goodie bag & camp photos.
THE TRAVEL PACKAGE PRICE? > £396* per person > including flights, airline bike transit fee, transfers, hotel, full board & Neilson activities. *Based on 2 sharing. Single weekly supplement only £42!
